Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase!

However, should you wish to return your order for an exchange, store credit or refund, please note you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. All items returned must be unused, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact). It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit or refund.

What items are returnable? 

• Within 14 days from the date you received your order

• In unused and resalable condition

• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

Ensure that panties & garters are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn.

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Discounted items (if applicable)

• Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or makeup

• Items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor

• Custom made items nor haute couture items

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

The item I received is damaged! 

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
